SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Purchases made will be processed, carefully packed, and dispatched/shipped as soon as the order is received. We will email a tracking ID to you once your item(s) is packed and ready for delivery. You can use the tracking ID provided to check the status of your parcel. We'd like to note that shipping duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons and/or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance (for international orders).

Once your parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your parcel will be handled by the Delivery Courier

Shipping Rate

Shipping for free is fantastic! We are providing it to you because you like it! Within Pakistan, free shipping is available for any order valued at more than Rs 5,000

Within Pakistan, orders valued at Rs 4999 or less are subject to a flat rate of Rs 300.

Delivery Time: All orders placed inside Lahore, except Sundays, public holidays, and/or sporadic strikes, etc., take between two and four working days to arrive.

Orders shipped from outside of Lahore could arrive in 5–8 business days.

In case of urgent delivery requests, please place your order on the website and then DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp us on +92 329 2111189 with your Order ID and we will let you know if an arrangement can be made.

International Shipping:

Please DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp us (+92 329 2111189) to know about shipping rates as they vary with your order weight and destination country. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country's officials will not be the responsibility of H&Z Collection.

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate the cancellation. After 24 hours, orders may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
