RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICIES

Return Conditions

  • Items Eligible for Return:
    • We accept returns on most products within 7 days of the date of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
    • Tags and labels must still be attached to the items.

Pack the Item: Carefully package the item you are returning, ensuring that it is in its original condition and include all tags and labels.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Process

Order Cancellation Policy

After 24 hours, orders may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
